Brenda Potter Reynolds is a professional photographer and writer based in northern New York State. A former newspaper editor, she has been a freelance photographer and writer for 20 years. (She claims she started at a young age!) She specializes in travel, outdoor activities and rural life in New York State and New England. She has written over 600 articles and columns that have appeared in magazines, newsletters and Web sites. Some of her credits include John Deere Tradition, Kids VT and Farm Collector magazine. She is also a contributing writer to the Grapevine magazine.

Her photos have been published in regional and national publications, including Farm Collector Magazine, Dairy Today, the Grapevine, and on various websites. She is a member of the Adirondack Center for Writing.

In her spare time, she enjoys homeschooling her son, traveling, camping, canoeing and hiking with her family, reading and scrapbooking.
